Need A Programmer to Enhance/Optmize Homepage

    Objective: To enhance and elongate the homepage. To provide more links information for our users.

    A perfect example of what we're trying to accomplish can be seen on www.insurance.com. If you look on insurancehelp101.com, you'll see that the homepage is very short. We would like to change that and add more tables links........which means creating 2 side bars. There should be a LEFT, RIGHT and a MIDDLE section (like you see on www.insurance.com).

    budget for this project is $100

    The insurance project is still open. apparently the guy who's suppose to have the project did an incomplete job. Any how, right now everything is almost done. The side bars have been created, right now I just need some simple php work done.

    1. The middle section needs to look like the one on insurance.com, except we're going to automate the articles showing.

    2. All quote boxes should be redirected to their proper destination.

    See, just 2 things needs to be done. I just wasted my time and money with the other guy. Anyone interested Pls let me know if you'll be up for this, as I need it done before tomorrow morning.
