Need a Programmer to conver PHP Script in J2EE

Hi..

I need a expert programmer to change my complete PHP code into J2EE.
My project contains around 40,000 lines of code (in PHP) so everything should be converted to J2EE.

So please let me know if anybody is capable to do it and tell me how many days you need to require to finish and the AMOUNT you need?
