Need a programmer good with site optimization

    hello,

    I am in need of a programmer that can optimize my site. it is high traffic and it is just killing my server..

    So you basically need to fix up mysql so its not eating 25% of the cpu
    fix images for better load times
    get rid of holes that could cause high loads on the server.
    and anything else that would help.

    Let me know some prices.
