need a programmer for this script.

    im looking for a programmer to make this script for me. it will need to have the same features and structure. please PM me your price for the project (complete)

    it doesnt need a template so thats a plus and it might need a small backend to approve comments that people submit.

    the upload section also has a drop down to choose the category the member wants to upload to.
