Need a site built for agents to schedule open houses and submit a basic report on a property. Admins need to be able to pull reports and export as csv, manage agents, add/delete properties. That's the basis of the application. Please PM me if you know PHP inside and out, have a solid iTrader rating and let me know what you'd charge for something like this.
Yes this isn't a problem for me, I do all PHP and a basic site design, if you need a fancy front end you'll need to hire another coder (Less than $50 from these forums.)
