I need a programmar for a unique website that im designing. I dont know much about programming however i dont think this job will be really difficult. I dont want to give away too much info on the site. Heres some of the things i will need: -People need to be able to register -Members need to be able to post things -People need to be able to rate the posted items -There needs to be a way to sort the posted items -An admin panel to manage everything would be good aswell I may need some more things while the site is being made so i will need you to be flexible. why not try using SMF forum software. It sounds like that's what you're basicly looking for and the software is available for free.

You requirements are pretty common for almost any web application. How many users are you going to have in your system? If less than 1000, then php and wordpress will be fine. If more, it would be better to have some scalable platform like java or .net PM me if you need more info
