Hello, I need a very simple software to display a message each time a user will start his computer. The software will display a different tip everyday, there should be a button to click to get the next tip, another button to close the program. It must be easy for the user to stop the automatic launch of the software at each start of his computer, just a box to "untick". There must be: - my name and a link to my site below the message of the day, - a place to display a little banner, below the information above. I would need to have a file containing all the tips so I can just tell my users to download one simple file to get more tips. This file shouldn't be readable by everyone, so no text file. It doesn't need to have a strong encryption, I just want to avoid someone can very simply copy all my tips. The software must work with Windows XP and Vista, more will be better. The language used to create the software can be what you prefer. I think that's all. I expect a low price because it's a very easy job, and won't take you a long time if you know what you're doing (=a real programmer). Thanks.
