    Hello,
    I need a programmer to program a full fledged AD Network website. Its not like traditional ad networks with all the charts, statistics etc. I need some one to start work the same day they are hired! The website needs to be done by Oct 8th. Valid CSS, and a lot of PHP programming knowledge will be needed. I have the templates so you only need to do all of the coding nothing else.
