Need a progammer urgent (URGENT)

    I need someone who can install a pligg template I made for me. The design is still a .psd format so you have to change it to xhtml and install it with the script. I have the hosting and have uploaded all the files and changed all the chmod permissions. I haven't installed the site yet. I need you to install the design for me along with the script. I will give you all the database info and ftp client info. Pligg is very easy to install but I do not know how to put my design in there.
    So basically all you have to do is
    convert my psd design to xhtml then use that xhtml design and install it on the server along with the site. So that the site will be in that design. This is an easy job for the right person. I am looking to pay around $25. This is easy money for the right person. :)
    I AM LOOKING FOR THIS TO BE FINISHED BY LATEST TOMORROW. THANKS :D
