Need a professional to help design my site

    I am looking to create a new site.

    I can handle the basics but will need someone who can create an interactive form.

    This form will require the administrator to add items that are visible to all and the site members remove them. Each item will need a description on hover over.

    Its hard to explain what I need without a discussion which I would like to do via MSN.
