Hello, I need a professional header created for my company website. I am currently revamping our design with a whole new look and feel. What I need is someone who has excellent experience with creating and incorporating a professional feel/design into the header. I would like someone to please create a header based on what Wirenine.com has on their "main" index page. The header should closely resemble what Wirenine has on their page. I will evaluate all potential offers. Price and experience are very important roles for determining the right canidate. I would prefer to only pay upon completion of the project but any terms between me and the designer can be worked out in a fair manor.
