Website is 2 years old plus. Getting approx. 700 UV daily. It has lots of trust in google and many times the articles rank high without links. Users are submitting unique content on a daily basis. Huge potential for growth. Fully developed, but could use some new functions for easier functionality and even more possible growth. The website is not easy to manage and one would need to invest some time in it. It is similar to ripoffreport.com. I'd need someone to sell it for me and sell it good as it has lots of potential. I need that seller to see this. In return I give you a commission. I'm selling it because I can not manage it on my own and it takes up too much of my time.
