Based on the discussion in this thread in particular the posts about the image guessing game and affiliate sign ups, I need a price to implement this. It would need to have SEO very much in mind for all pages. Someone suggested modifying WP but I am open to suggestions. The person selected (if any) would need to have decent Itrader and refs. Whether or not I pick anyone at all to do this project will depend very much on price and ideas. Payment would be by paypal part on start on the rest on satisfactory completion.
