Need a Portfolio Design Budget $100

Hello Folks

I am a xhtml/css slicer looking for a design for my portfolio. The Budget is $100. I may add in some incentives later based on how things turn out and my cash situation. Payments via paypal only. I am looking to get this done in a reasonable amount of time. I know creativity takes time and I am willing to be flexible within reasonable limits. Here are some pointers for the design.

- The layout will be used for a portfolio site which will also host articles, demos etc.
- Should follow Web 2.0 style and color scheme.
- I am looking for a site that is easy to navigate and pleasant. Simple and elegant.
- I am a coder so I can handle the coding. I am not interested in using flash.
- The design should be unique. No repetitions please.
