I want to stress that this is a FIREWORKS PNG. If you don't have Fireworks, and you don't know how to code from Fireworks PNG's. DO NOT waste my time. You will need Fireworks to open the file and view all the layers. That means you wont be able to effectively code this from Photoshop.
