Need a player code to embed FLV, MP4, .mov and Youtube videos

Hi Guys,

I need to embed Youtube videos, FLV, MP4, .rm and .mov videos.

The player should have all the controls and must be able to put a watermark logo.

I have no idea how i can do this. Please help me finding the code.

If any one can do this, i am happy to pay for the service.
