Need a php tool created with web 2.0 front-end

    Hey everyone! I need a tool created in PHP but with a web 2.0 interface(preferably. will take offers without) - This project is not for beginners, it will take some experience working with APIs, grabbing data, fairly simple stuff for most programmers.

    I am still looking... discussing with a few programmers but still looking.

    Also the programmer may need some knowledge working with APIs such as googles or msn/yahoo.
