i need a php programmer to make a terms and agreements page 4 me actually i have a blog and i need him to edit the comments page so as when some one clicks on submit comment button he will be taken to T&A page and at the bottom of the page their ill be a yes i agree check box and a submit button which will submit the comment for safety also i want something to be done more read carefully i also want to split the click means if user clicks the submit comment button he will also make a split click on the script code ok so if some one can do my work plz pm me also i can pay $10 or more for this any pay method paypal preferred need this done asap
