Need a PHP "site fight" script coded

    Hi, I am developping a "site fight" website and need a php coder.
    IT would be fairly similar to:
    http://www.blogexplosion.com/battleofblogs/

    Pretty much members earn points by winning battles, or by wagering their points on battles
    Obviously I have more details for those that are interested.
    Budget: $100-200
