Buying Need A PHP script installed quickly!!!

Here is a snapshot of all of the codes that need to be installed.
I can pay $10 for the installation. The scripts would be installed on 000webhost.com. If you know of a better free webhost that you can work with better then you could use that one, just as long as it gets installed somewhere that doesnt charge PM me with info of how your service works and questions, And I would like it to be done in a timely manner please
