Need a PHP Quiz Script (Multiple Choice Questions)

I need a PHP script for my websites www.perfectyourenglish.com and www.dailylearningtips.com

My websites give English grammar lessons and English grammar exercises.

I need a PHP quiz script that I can use for giving interactive English grammar exercises. Each exercise should have 10 questions. Each question should have four choices (radio button). At the end of the quiz, there should be two buttons - one for checking the answers and the other for resetting the answers. The answer page should show the score, the correct answer and the answer given by the student.

Just wanted to make things a bit clearer. I have received several PMs. The highest I am willing to pay is $15. I will give you the script I presently use. You only need to improve it. The problem with the script I use is that it only shows the score, not the answers.
