Need a PHP programmer

    Hi,
    I am looking for a professional php programmer who have worked on capscan ondemand address validation system...

    I need a simple validation script which can tell us if address/name entered by a customer is valid or not... (by web services)

    Anyone have experiance then send me PM with your replies.
