I suspect you might be best to save up some money. The thing is you can probably find a programmer for any price but the good ones won't work for many hours for $130. Who you will probably get is someone making a site that is severely lacking in at least one crucial area, whether that area is security (sites of that kind are like candy to hackers, they cripple the site in very little time and move on to the next one) or design (no one will use your website if it doesn't look good) or functionality. If you would like to know the minimum price I would charge for this, contact me via PM. It is very cheap in comparison to what my business charges commercially (I freelance on the side for extra pocket money ) but it is more than $130. I recommend you save some money and hire either myself or one of the many great - but not so cheap the rest of us wonder how they can keep working at a loss - programmers on this forum
