Need a PHP programer for a simple (i think) job

Hey, I just need a simple job done for me. It shouldnt take longer than an hour or so if you know what your doing

I need to convert a rapidshare link like this:
http://rapidshare.com/files/36436928/file.rar

Into something like this:
http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@rs134gc.rapidshare.com:80/files/36436928/file.rar

So that I can remote upload to RS in my collectors account.

The ":80" for the port is VERY(!!) important, without it rapidshare wont let me upload my files

I need to have two input boxes for "USERNAME" and "PASSWORD".

Also, the "rs134gc" bit in the output URL is the name of the rapidshare server. So you will need to be able to find that out somehow too

I know this can be done, I once paid someone $5 to do it. he gave me the script and it worked but then we had a fallout and he deleted the script from his server.

The script will need to have a nice looking front end, but its for personal use so it doesnt matter much.

First person to successfully do it gets $10 (maybe more) via paypal.
