Need a PHP developer with graphic experience

    I need a PHP developer with good experience of graphics to complete a site design for me. You need to fix a few graphics to a site design and create a rounded border.

    You should be able to complete this in 4 hours, if u know ur stuff

    Why would you need a PHP coder to make your borders rounded ?
    I am both PHP coder and graphic designer but I don't see your point. You should look for a graphic designer instead.
