Buying Need a PHP Dev for a super basic app

    I need a super basic app that does the following:

    Admin panel:

    1) login by user/pass of course

    2) admin creates threads (update/remove included)

    fields: thread title, url, description

    3) admin can manage comments from users (approve, update, delete, update category)

    each comment will be within 3 categories : Suggestions, Agreed, Added (chosen by admin, Suggestions by default)

    Front end:

    There will be a home page which will list all threads:

    1) once a thread is selected, it will go to it’s individual page

    2) individual page will contain :
    - a form for visitors to be able to leave a comment (comment textarea field) + their name
    - all user comments for that thread under a tab (suggestions, agreed, added) depending on their assigned category by admin
    3) last feature, users will be able to leave a vote [ +1 ] (only once, per IP for each different comment)

    You must use Twitter Bootstrap 3, PHP / MySQL with PDO prepared statements.
