Buying Need a PHP/CSS programmer on regular basis

    Hi

    Im looking for a reliable persion who is good with php / css to do regular work for me.
    I run several sites, and i want to build several new ones, so im looking for a tech person that i can rely on and hire on a regular basis.
    your work must be thorough, communication must be good and your work must be w3c compliant.

    If you are interested and available, please pm me your rates and examples of your work.
    Also please let me know your location.
    Experiance with wordpress / magento is a plus, but not mandatory as i think any good programmer will find his way around in these cms's
