need a php coder for a small project

    i require someone to build me a simple print job management system , this low budget project.things that i req.


    in brief to explain user from certain groups will have a template and a form to fill the details , they submit the job then it has to be approved by group admin , then that is processed with details to super admin or watevr ( email & excel format) who prints the jobs .
