    heres the project, i still havnt found anyone to do it yet.

    basically i need a mp3 song editor on my website. The users will be allowed to upload a song then they can convert it into a ringtone and send it to there phone. i need a ringtone editor made so they can shorten it to 20 seconds , there is a editor on phonezoo.com and its exactly what i want. heres a screenshot
