Need a Photoshop & HTML Template Design for Video Website

I need a PSD and HTML template design for a video website I am building. The website uses a custom backend but all I need is a designer who can construct a Web2.0-like front end template for it. The finished design project must include an editable HTML template of the design as well as the PSD file of the template.

It's a small and quick project with only 3 unique pages that need to be designed. I have my own programmer who will finish off the integration with the backend.

The details will be provided to the designers who are interested and can provide a quote as well as some kind of previous work/portfolio.
