Need a photo edited ($40) for the winner.

Please note if you are screamish or under 18 you might not want to do this job. Basically I want to have a little laugh with a friend and I need her picture edited.

As you can see she has a bottle in her mouth I was wondering if anyone could replace it with a dildo/penis... Something funny and rude!
