I have a domain at namecheap. I have unmetered reseller account linked with that domain. I need a person who is very much familiar with whm and cpanel to create a simple small hosting company site. You can use any template of your choice for the site I 'll edit the hosting packages later. 1) You need to create a custom DNS ns1 and ns2 2) You should already have an acc at namecheap so that i can grant you rights to modify dns. 3) Put some basic html template over my domain. I 'll edit/change it myself later. 4) You need to install automatic billing software. 5) I need my site running by the time you complete the work.
