Need A Person for Designing

Hi,

I need few suggestions from designing end for one of my site(in signature of SEO experts). This site is based on HTML and using images in navigation structure. Now i need to convert this image base navigation to text based design. Is this really work for better promotion over S.E. to have a text based navigation? PLz PM, if anyone can do this for me.

its a bit blurry and i can see bits of pixel in some images, edges are bad and not so soft rendered
