Need a paypal IPN script!

    Hi

    I need someone to make me a paypal IPN script. It will need to do the following.

    Take payment then add credits to an account.
    Credits need to be purchasable in blocks of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 (Cost for each bundle need to be easily editable by me)

    Needs to track if a payment is reversed and remove the credits from the right account.

    Please give quotes and estimated timescales.
