Buying Need a PayPal API Programmer

    I'm looking for someone who can build me an escrow script, it would work like https://escrow.com/solutions/escrow/process.asp but very simply no user interface would be needed just the script itself built using PHP and MYSQL. Please PM for more questions and more details.
