need a paid domain name and host but dont have a credit card

Hello, I need a paid (or I'll work for it too) domain name and host but I don't have a credit card. I have a little bit of money on my paypal and I have a friend with money on her paypal, but neither of us have credit cards or bank cards (and don't intend to get one either). Does anyone know of any place that will accept money orders, U.S. postal good money orders of course for domain name, registration and web hosting packages? I can't find anything anywhere and it's sad that everyone uses credit now days. I know it's easy for some, but you'd think places would accept money regardless of how it's transfered. Also maybe if someone knows some place where you can sign up to win a package, I have heard of this before, but can't find anything. I wanted a package at Godaddy and it was only gonna cost me like $17, but after going through the process and trying to pay with paypal, paypal wanted credit card # for address verification or some crap. It's sad that money was there and ready to be transfered and paypal had to have some dumb rule which Im sure they are smart enough to have some other way to verify my addy. Don't these places want to make money even from the people who don't have credit card? Gotta find some way to work araound. The bottom line is I need help getting paid services and have small amounts of money for decent packages. Does anyone have a solution? I am begging for help please.

How about a prepaid visa card? There are registrars like dynadot that accept paypal, but if paypal isn't going to release the funds, how do you expect to use it? Seems like you need to work things out with paypal.

Please forgive me if I seem like an idiot, quite the contrary, but where would I find that? I'm not used to having money so I usually don't go to stores anywhere except for food and toiletries. And is there a minimum you have to prepay? I'd probably be able to put only like 20 25 on there.

You can use some virtual credit card. Can not say credit card something like a debit card can use for online purchase. This will be available in any good bookshop

I'm sorry I'm not quite understanding what you are saying here. Do you mean that I can't use the prepaid visa for online purchases?

Hostgator allows you to pay without a card. You can use check, money order, or it even says "cash" on their site, although I dont recommend you send cash in the mail.

    go to support.hostgator.com

If you have or open an account with a bank, with just a small amount, use this as a verification back-up funding for paypal.
then request PayPal's Mastercard debit card and you can conduct your business with that card worldwide, plus withdraw money from ATm's in 190 countries, for $1 per withdrawl fees, compared to banks, it;s the most cost effective way to do business.
I'm ten years w. PP and used it in S. and Central America and Europe.
    For me, best service....
