I need a app that will manage downloads for users in php. Basically I want to prevent leeching and hotlinking for files I have for download. Anyone can download them they just have to go to my site to do so, so I dont get bandwidth stolen from me outrageously. I was wanting something in PHP, but all the ones I found on Google havent been updated in years. Anyone know of a good php open source script/app?
