    I want a Wordpress theme/template for my blog which is for Web and Graphics Tutorials Gallery. For example : psdtuts.com or smashingmagazine.com. Please provide me a template like psdtuts.com as soon as possible. I am waiting for your help.

    That is a very simple layout - they've probably even got a tutorial for you to create it on their website.

    I dont think you will be provided any theme for free from the forums.
    Either search for one yourself or develope one. Otherwise hire a designer/developer and they can do that for you at a cost.
