    I do but i have been screwed from so many companies that out sources there stuff to india pakistan ect not being rude in any ways i spent well over 500.00 and in the end i got bad feedback either that or i will go a web template forum that way i no i get a quality design in the end,

    You got to know the designers before hiring them. So far I've never received 100% of a project payment until I delivered the finished version and I never had one single unsatisfied costumer.

    I never got ripped of, btw. That's nice =)

    Why do not simply go to big template sites like flash-mint or templatemonster?? They have a ton of templates... I am sure you can find something that fits your needs for a much lower price that you'd pay for a custom site...
