Need a new website design/programmed

Hi guys,

I am starting a new project and will probably need a custom programming job because I can not find a suitable script.

At the moment I am looking for general ballpark figures from reputable and talented programmers.

The site is essentially a marketplace that will need the following features

- users can register
- search function
- sellers can list service (very simple listings)
- buyers choose services and sellers can choose to accept or reject
- user accounts reflect successful sales, pending sales etc

The site is similar to sponsoredreviews.com and text-link-ads.com and those types of marketplaces.

Full site description can be provided to anyone interested who matches the criteria I am looking for.

Site would be paid in parts to avoid scamming from both sides.
