Need a NEW Social Wordpress Blog Redesign

I am looking for a new blog design... I need it to incorporate several things, social...

1. dailybooth images
2. Youtube channel
3. flickr photos
4. twitter feed
5. facebook fan page

Also, I need to have a featured section somewhere, BUT I want the home page to be designed in a way where it feels like a blog but almost looks like a magazine/newspaper style.. it needs to flow like a blog, most important

also there 4 pages to this design

1. homepage - obvious with the social interaction
2. standard page
3. flickr photo page
4. video post base on the category

homepage needs to be clean have a featured ajax system, maybe similar to thinkcomputers.org - they have featured stuff at the top and the 728 banner incorporated with in the theme...

where the video is to teh left but the menu is to the right... the right menu will have social buttons and share buttons and anything you think will make sense. or make it similar to this template:

The flickr album page will be using the flickr plugins by tan tn noodles: http://tantannoodles.com/toolkit/photo-album/

so this page will be customized by this plugins properties and will be incorporated on the homepage and on the other pages will be set maybe in the footer.

the twitter feed will be using the default twittertools feed plugin, so CSS custom will be made.

So I am looking for a design first in PSD... then maybe an expert in PSD to WP with the plugins and changes I need.
