Need a New Idea? ::.. ClickBank and eBay ..::

Here's a new idea I generated and want some thoughts on it from people. It sounds like something I should keep to myself but I figured I'd tell those who may be able to implicate it and become successful.

The strategy is basically utilizing ClickBank and eBay.

Basically what you'll want to do is research some of eBay's top sellers. I'd suggest a seller who has a 75% sell rate and lists around 5-10 auctions minimum a day.

Once you find these sellers, propose a small fee you'll pay them to advertise your banner on their auctions. You can pay per auction or a flat fee. Its totally up to you and the seller and what ya'll 2 agree on.

Once you've came to an agreement, find a suitable ClickBank product/service that will fit in with the niche of the person's auctions. For example, they're selling video game consoles so I'd suggest a XBOX360 fix guide from ClickBank in this case, or maybe a Game Download membership site.

    The Result:

I am assuming you choose the right sellers that get lots of exposure to each auction. If so, your sure to get some income coming in from ClickBank and eBay. This is a "base" to be honest, let your mind wander and you may be able to alter this method a bit for maximum profit.

Any feedback would be great but nothing too harsh, its the first of many ideas I get from time to time. Maybe one will actually pay off...

That's actually a good idea, contacting high traffic web users is something i've been doing for a while, but using it on ebay? That's actually pretty good, good job to you for thinking of it.

    Nice idea !

My uncle has an eBay store, and I just ask him to throw certain Aff links in certain auctions. Made a couple sales of it.

Business Minded - You should throw your ideas like this into an eBook !

It's actually against ebay rules. You can not have any external links in your auctions that lead away to another site that makes sales. It's a good idea- but the auctions would get shut down.

The Idea is good! Traffic might not be VERY targeted, but if you pay very little for it - then why not?

Good Luck and keep us updated!

    EDIT:
You are right, but BANNERS do not need to have a link. It might be an animated banner saying something like:
Check Out This Amazing Offer! Go to www . InsertAddressHere . com

even an image with a link typed in it is against the rules - found that one out the hard way.
