I just got myself a iomega screenplay HD and it blows. The playback is terrible and it does not even recognise most popular HD formats. Any suggestions? What I'm basically looking for is a multimedia hard drive (500gb to 1tb) which I can connect to my PC, transfer a bunch of HD movies and plug into any TV in the house. It needs to have 720p/1080p playback (Not 1080i) and preferably an hdmi port. Any ideas? Thanks!
I play movies on my 1080p lcd tv through my xbox360 media center. It's a nice and easy solution in my opinion.
