    I have A Client whose Requirement is to Rank
    Top on Google.co.uk, Google.com.au, Google.co.nz, In these Three countries,,,
    but how to Rank On this How To Build Links to rank on this sites
    Plz Need a Complete Info On How to Rank Top on country wise

    well if you dont know SEO why in the blue hell did you accept client :S

    anyhow...

    1. buy local domains (1st priority)
    a. If can not buy local domains, use subdomain with country name in it. liek http://country.domain.com
    2. Use localized content on its respective country
    3. Search for some local article directories, directories, yellow pages and submit the respetive domain or subdomain to provide to some local signal..
    4. Use google pages

    Strange, when you don't know how to optimize local, why you taking the project?

    Anyways, as julie mentioned, do those activities and do local directories, articles, places submissions. It's not a big deal but you should have knowledge about it.

    - Get listed on local search engines
    - Get backlinks from target country
    - Get listed on local classified websites
    - Participate in communities that are active in target country
    - Optimize your on page content for non- English languages if required
    - Submit your website on local directories
    - Set your geo target local for individual domain
