Need a mysql php expert for a very small job

My image host is always returning a 503 error. I have been informed that it is not something wrong with the image host but rather the mysql files. Also I need you to turn the maximum upload size to 10 mb which is also in the mysql files. I have a low budget as it is an easy job. In case you're wondering the site is www.myupload.org

 

Are you still having the problem? I just tried uploading a image to your site, and it seemed to work fine?

 

^^ Thats the thing I don't get sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt..

 

I think this may be by your server down[or other problems from web server] not by your code

 

oh..thanks anyway...btw I still need help with changing the size. I changed it in the admin panel of the site but it says it has to be changed in the sql..Can someone do this for me..I will pay but not a lot.
