Need a Mod-Rewrite Job Done

The CMS for the website is PLIGG. When I change to URL method 2, the URL's are how I want them but I have almost 10,000 pages indexed in google and all of the old URL's will get a 404 not found. I need someone who can 301 redirect all the old URL's to the new URL's.

This shouldn't be too difficult for someone experienced with htaccess and mod-rewrite. If you would like to see the current htaccess file then just let me know and I can provide it.

The sooner this gets done the better. However, I understand its the holidays and many people are busy so I am willing to wait til after Christmas if necessary.
