Need a Mascot/Character/Cartoon Designed

    Hello there,

    I would like to have a professionally designed mascot made.

    I am specifically looking for the image of a rather chubby/fat boy scout, walking (to the right) with one of those rods/sticks/poles over his shoulder in this right hand that has a small pouch/sack/bag at the end of it. On the bag should be an image of a dollar sign ($)

    For more specifics: The boy scout can even look similar (but of course not identical to, since copyright issues and everything) to the character Russell in the new Disney/Pixar movie "Up".     I would please like this to also look very sleek/modern - not very edgy/rough.

    I would like a character as well for my website Local Restaurant Direct Maybe a chef with some sort of USA or a red, white and blue US flag type of coloring.
