I put together a movie site called FilmsFight.com & I need a marketing plan. The basic idea of the site is that we pick various movies, pair them against each other and visitors vote on who the winner should be...hence the term 'Film Fight'. Visitors can also win DVD's of the movies they vote on. I'm not really targeting any specific keywords with this site, so going for organic search traffic probably won't do much. Any ideas how I could market this site to start generating some traffic? Any suggestions to make the site better are also appreciated. Thanks.
You can get a press release done for your website and submit it to PRWeb.com Buy blog reviews from established sites within your niche. Set up a PPC campaign using Google AdWords for instant traffic or you should just approach the local cinema owners and negotiate an advertising deal with them. Cheaper & effective!
