Buying Need a Long Term Designer

Hi Guys,

I need a long term part time designer to work with me.

Basically U will do mock ups for local businesses and if we get the job you will be required to make a template design, and also make a few design changes along the way.

If we get the job I will pay you $150-$200
If we do not get the job I will pay you $50 for your psd design

Importantly the work will be relaxed so you can do it in your spare time as opposed to high pressure deadlines and the such. It will be a good opportunity for someone looking to supplement thier current work.

You must be excellent at design, particular your PSD work. You must be creative, and be able to design professional looking sites. Some ability in flash would be a bonus.
