** Need A Logo/Header Design With Self Portrait **

    I need a logo/header designed for my personal blog. I will also need a self portrait of myself designed and incorporated into the logo.

    An example of what I am wanting is at www.zacjohnson.com

    Whoever I choose needs to have a decent portfolio. Preferably have some examples of persons you have designed. You will also have a lot of freedom because this is going to be used on a new site and the rest of the site design will probably be based off the header.
